Assembly & Manufacturing

Đuro Đaković Montaža provides mechanical assembly services within power, petrochemical and industrial plants as well as the assembly of steel structures for bridges, overpasses and viaducts. Our service portfolio includes also dismantling work, reconstruction, modernization, overhaul and maintenance works.

In our workshops, we fabricate all types of steel structures, steel bridges, equipment for industrial and similar plants, as well as the pre-assembly of pipelines.

Our scope of work includes mechanical assembly of steel structures, various types of equipment, pressure equipment, pipelines and other mechanical parts depending on the plants. Within the project development processes, we prepare assembly concepts, time schedules, method statements (MS) and risk assessments (RA), lifting plans, occupational safety plans, welding technology with included PQRs and WPSs, and quality control plans. Apart from our core scope of activities, we can offer all services necessary for the successful performance of mechanical assembly of plants and facilities through our qualified suppliers in order to ensure timely and high-quality execution of contractual obligations.
