Montaza Internal Academy Officially Launched

Duro Dakovic Montaza has a long tradition of investing in the knowledge and education of its employees, and the new Montaza Internal Academy should become a hub within the company for all existing and all new trainings and education, designed to provide all employees with tools, resources and support in achieving goals related to personal and professional development.

This academy represents an important step in our continuous investment in employees. Through a combination of live workshops, online courses, groups and internal platforms for knowledge exchange, and guest lecturers, Montaza's Internal Academy will not only offer programs related to the basic knowledge needed to work in the company, but also programs tailored to key areas such as various specialist knowledge and technical skills, topics related to project management, soft skills, etc.
